1 THE BEGINNING
Your bespoke journey begins with your enquiry and an initial consultation. Get in touch via phone, email or our website, or visit us at our Sydney or Melbourne boutiques. From there, we will arrange your complimentary design appointment, held in-store or virtually for clients interstate or overseas. Faith Hilda and our experienced team will guide you through the process, discussing your vision, timeline, gemstone and material preferences, and budget. If you’re unsure where to start, we’ll help shape your ideas into something truly special.
2 THE CONSULTATION
At your consultation, our team will guide you through trying on different jewellery styles to discover what feels right for you. It’s an intuitive and collaborative process that evolves naturally. As your design journey unfolds, we will begin bringing your bespoke piece to life, live sketching your ideas so you can see them take shape. With our deep knowledge of gemstones, materials and techniques, we will work within your budget and guide you through each element so you can make informed decisions. By the end of your consultation, you will have an initial design concept to consider.
3 THE DESIGN
Following your consultation, we will begin refining your proposed design. This may involve a series of more detailed sketches to finalise and fine-tune the details. Depending on the complexity of the design and the sourcing of the ideal gemstones and materials, this stage can vary in timescale, which our team will guide you through. Once you have confirmed your final design, gemstones, materials and price, a 50% deposit is required to begin the creation process as we move to the next step, bringing your bespoke piece to life.
4 THE CREATION
At Faith Jewels, we work with our very own finest team of master jewellers, using a combination of traditional and modern techniques, along with the latest jewellery making technology to achieve absolute perfection. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance, Faith Hilda personally supervises each unique step throughout the jewellery making process from start to finish to match the refined aesthetics of Faith Jewels.
5 THE DELIVERY
Your beautiful Faith Jewels bespoke creation, together with a custom framed hand drawn design sketch specially created for every client by Faith Hilda, will be ready for collection or delivery. Simply untie the bow, unbox and revel in the moment of your jewel story coming to life.
